Dionne has 20 plus years of corporate experience, with a decade of those years in the executive suite, leading sales teams and generating multi-million dollar wins. She's fortunate to travel the country to empower leaders. This is how DG McGee Enterprises came to be. She is the author of "Finding Your ROAR"  and Founder of the Coaching Program, R.O.A.R University, which means to be Relentless. Optimistic. Ambitious and Results Driven. She has coached hundreds and has a team of 40 plus consultants in her/mother daughter sales organization. Real Estate was next for Dionne & and her husband as they are property owners of Paradise Haven Condominiums, rental property in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. She's also the Co-Founder of Executive Talks, as she is an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S) from North Carolina Wesleyan accompanied by a host of certifications. Becoming debt free and eradicating over $100K plus in debt in less than 18-months was Dionne's exit strategy from Corporate America, so that she could really do the work that she was called to do which is to help others ROAR!
